By booking a court and using the PowerPlay facilities, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Play at Your Own Risk
- Pickleball, badminton, and other court activities carry inherent risks of injury. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk.
- PowerPlay is not responsible for injuries sustained while playing or while on the premises, except those caused by its own gross negligence.
- You are responsible for your own health and fitness to play. In an emergency, staff may arrange first aid or medical assistance, and any resulting cost is your own.
2. Personal Property
PowerPlay is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, equipment, vehicles, or valuables anywhere on the premises. Please look after your own property.
3. Rules & Conduct
You agree to follow all posted House Rules and the instructions of PowerPlay staff. Only clean, non-marking court shoes are allowed on the courts.
4. Minors
Players under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.
5. Governing Law
This waiver is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
